In recognition of his outstanding performance as a game changer at the once moribund Sierra Leone Cable (SALCAB), on Saturday 2nd March, 2019, the SALCAB Managing Director, Ishmael Mohamed Kebbay Jnr., received an award from Sierra Ovation Awards as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Sierra Leone.
The President of Indonesia, His Excellency Joko Widodo has appointed Mrs. Diaraye Barrie as that country’s Honorary Consul to Sierra Leone.
NACSA Commissioner, Abubakarr Kokofele stated that his institution is working on a project to help communities in other aid their lives. He added that the project is set to construct community markets, roads, health centers, water wells etc through the ministry of development.
