PUBLIC NOTICE TO BAD/DELINQUENT DEBTORS OF ROKEL COMMERCIAL BANK (SL) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given to Bad/Delinquent Debtors that long overdue loans/overdrafts should be discharged/settled with the Bank not letter than 31st July, 2019.

This Notice serves as a final warning following letters and discussions in the past months and Debtors are hereby advised to kindly contact the Risk Management Department of the Bank at Nos. 25/27 Siaka Stevens Street, Freetown (Our Head Office).

Be advised further that the Bank is not under any circumstances waving any present legal right or future legal remedies it has under the laws of the land. Should Debtors choose to continue their disregard in this matter, they will leave the Bank with no option but to take further actions, including but without limitation to; publication of names, black-listing and circulation of names to all banks, court action, etc. without further recourse to them.

Please note that Rokel Commercial Bank (SL) Limited takes no pleasure in undertaking the above actions but shall be constrained to do so if requisite action is not taken as Mentioned.
