Statistics Sierra Leone has allocated funds from its Government subvention to procure the under listed goods and Services on a framework basis for 2020 operational activities.

Bidding is open to all suppliers/services providers who can demonstrate willingness to supply the required items mentioned. The purpose of this advert is to issue out framework contracts to successful suppliers to supply the required goods and services to Statistics Sierra Leone for the 2020 financial year.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between Mondays to Fridays from 11:00 to 4:30pm daily. Bidding document(s) may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned above. No supplier(s)/service provider(s) is allowed to bid for more than two Lots.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on Monday, 10th February, 2020 at 12:30pm prompt. All bids must be accompanied by:

Bid security of the above mentioned value(s);
Valid copy of NRA tax certificate;
Valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate.
Valid certificates of business registration;
Invoices and Delivery notes of past supply in similar procurements.
One original and two photocopies of bid documents
Sign of bid forms and price schedule.

All payments of bids should be done in the bank, please contact the Finance Department Statistics Sierra Leone to get the account number.

Bids will be opened on Monday10^thFebruary, 2020 at 1:00pm prompt in the presence of bidder’s representatives or bidders who chose to attend, at the address below.

Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
