The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS) has through the Office of the Senior Permanent Secretary announced the posting of fifteen (15) District

Agricultural Officers (DAO) of the Ministry effective 4th March, 2024 in pursuant to Regulation 5.7 of the Civil Service Code, Regulations and Rules.
The posting is as follows:-

According to the memo, a supplementary posting will be done in ten days of this posting to address new roles of former DAOs, adding that orientation is being planned for new DAOs.

The memo was signed by the Senior Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, Andrew L. Sorie, on 20th February, 2024, and copied to the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Deputy Minister I, Deputy Minister II, and the Chief Agricultural Officer respectively.
