Supporters of the Sierra Leone People’s Party on Tuesday June 21st gave a rousing welcome to Vice President Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh when he paid a visit to the party headquarters at Wallace Johnson Street in Freetown. It was his third visit since he was sworn in as Vice President of the Republic.

VP Juldeh Jalloh whilst pledging his unflinching support to the party for giving him the opportunity to serve the nation at the highest level called on supporters to be patient and law abiding, as the government has their welfare at heart and will in due cause respond accordingly.

In another development at the Hill Valley Hotel with Muslims during the Ramadan, VP Jalloh reiterated President Bio’s commitment to the Free Education promise.

He spoke of his engagement with many Muslim organizations and his promise to promote Islamic education in the country as well as ensure proper leadership. He called on Muslims to be united and engaged in charting the way forward in securing Islamic welfare. He stated that his office is open to all Islamic institutions and organizations for discussions.

Meanwhile, President Julius Maada Bio is expected to visit the party headquarters today. It can be recalled that during the Ramadan, his office donated ‘Iftar’ to Muslim SLPP supporters.
