Keystone Bank on Friday December 20th 2019 donated food items- rice, oil and beans - to the St. George VI Foundation for the aged at Grafton Village in the Western Rural District.


The Head of Finance, Mr. Alhaji Tholley, on behalf of management and staff said Keystone Bank is dedicated to helping the vulnerable people of all walks of life, irrespective of status and origin.

He said, like mother and son relationship, the bank’s staff were at Grafton to make the minimum contributions to all the inmates at the St. George VI Foundation to celebrate

Christmas and a look forward to a prosperous new year which he described as probably the most memorable in the lives.
In her response, the Deputy Administrative Manager of the Foundation, Madam Cristiana John extended a hearty welcome to the entire bank staff for their unforgettable humanitarian gesture, noting that the donation will aid all fifty residents.

She said the foundation’s home is a place for all and sundry.

A memorable welcome song was sung by residents and staff.

The gesture marks the second donation made by Keystone Bank to the vulnerable at this time of Christmas; the first was at the SOS Village at Lumley.
