Parliament will today Tuesday 23rd April, 2024 commence debate on the proclamation recently made by His Excellency President Dr. Julius Maada Bio regarding Constitutional Instruments No. 6 and 7 of 2024 relating to the synthetic lethal drug known as Kush and other harmful drugs.

In a public notice, the Clerk of Parliament invited members of the general public to witness the debate in the Chamber of Parliament at 10:00a.m. prompt, including stakeholders from the Security Sector, Judiciary, Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), amongst others. “Please endevour to attend and on time,” the public notice concluded.
