The Minister of Finance, Mr. Sheku Ahmed Fantamandi Bangura will on Friday 28th November 2025, at 10:00 a.m., present the Financial Year (FY) 2026 Government Budget and Statement of Economic and Financial Policies in the Chamber of Parliament. According to a public notice issued yesterday Monday 24th November by the Ministry of Finance, "Cabinet Ministers and Deputies, Vote Controllers, Heads of Departments, Agencies and State-Owned Enterprises, Representatives of Development Partners, Members of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps, Non-Governmental Organisations, District Budget Oversight Committees, Local Community Representatives, Non-State Actors, other Civil Society Organisations, and Members of the General Public are invited to witness the presentation."

The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Economic Development also entreated guests to be seated at 9:00p.m., and also highly solicited their usual cooperation.
